Annulments
Annulment is an action filed to have a marriage dissolved because at the time the marriage was entered into, there was an impediment rendering the marriage void. Whether the court will grant an annulment depends on the individual facts of each case. If the facts are not sufficient for an annulment, the court will most likely dissolve the marriage by a decree of dissolution.
