Child Support Determination
Child Support Determination is a court process to determine which parent must pay child support, the amount of the child support payment, how often the payment must be made and who receives the child support payment. In Arizona, child support can be established in an action for annulment, dissolution (divorce), legal separation or paternity. Arizona has established mandatory guidelines for child support that apply in any of the proceedings for annulment, dissolution, legal separation or paternity.
